SERVER USE
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account
holders are not permitted resell, store or give away web-hosting services of
their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing
a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions
to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.
Sedat.Net Hosting do not allow any of the following content to be stored
on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio,
video, or music files (mp3, mpeg, zip files), and any material in violation
of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking,
hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the
above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to"
information about such material.
SPAM - All sorts of SPAM activity will result in your account's
suspension with no refund.
UNLIMITED HOSTING PLAN USAGE POLICY
The Unlimited Plan, by its nature, is subject to a number of differing
and/or additional terms. Sedat.Net Hosting provides the unlimited space and
unlimited transfer in good faith to its Customers so that they may create
their Web sites without the fear of running over their Web space or Web
traffic allocation.
While most Customers will use the extra Web space and traffic for their
legitimate Web site needs, we recognize that others may try to take
advantage of our offer and use the space and traffic in ways for which it is
not intended. In the best interests of our Customers and in an effort to
maintain the integrity of our service, the following common sense rules will
apply:
Customer's site must use and store only the information and data that
relates to the Web site, at the hosting account provided by Sedat.Net
Hosting.
Customer may not overuse CPU,memory resources in a way that other
customers' pages are effected.
Customer may not use Customer's Web site to store Web pages, files or
data for other IP addresses or domain names, nor may Customer use its Web
site as a repository for file, data or "Warez group" download transfers.
Sedat.Net Hosting reserves the right to make this determination, in its sole
and absolute discretion.
Customer can not use its Web site as a storage area for files that are
not linked to Customer's Web pages. That is, the unlimited space and
unlimited traffic are provided for User's Web site, not for Customer's
personal file storage.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All accounts and services are set up on an annual prepay basis.
Although Sedat.Net Hosting reserves the right to change prices of accounts
or services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of
prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year following the date the
account was established. Customers will be notified via email at the end of
their prepay period. (Customer's credit card will not be automatically
charged at the end of prepay period)
In situations where the card number on file is declined Sedat.Net Hosting
will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the
outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, Sedat.Net Hosting
reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is
cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from
the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written
cancellation request.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent
directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been
made. At this point the customer's card will be charged automatically.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down
Sedat.Net Hosting runs a limited number of payment options.
Credit / Debit Cards:
Sedat.Net Hosting accepts Mastercard, Visa (not Visa electron), Wire
Transfer and Check
Cheque Payment:
Sedat.Net Hosting accepts checks only from United States banks.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If a customer contravenes Sedat.Net Hosting's terms of service a refund will
not be issued in the event of a cancellation. Customers may cancel their
account at any time. Any incentives offered to customers when opening the
account will also be cancelled.
Customer has 30 days from date of account setup to be eligible for a refund.
All refunds requested with a "valid complaint" will receive a refund
of the charged periods.
Web sites which Sedat.Net Hosting must suspend or cancel due to violation of
these rules are not eligible to receive a refund under the Company's 30 day
money back guarantee.
Customer will not receive a refund for any fees other than the yearly
recurring hosting fees. Fees resulting from upgrade services or "add-ons"
are not classified as yearly recurring fees and thus are not refundable.
Customer will not receive a refund for any other reason, including but not
limited to: late cancellation, slow connection caused by Customer's
ISP/network, Customer's ignorance, InterNIC delays, account termination for
violation of policies
DISCLAIMER
Sedat.Net Hosting reserves the right to terminate this agreement, and to
delete the Web site from its hardware, immediately upon the occurrence of
any of the following events:
Non payment of any charges due from Customer
Breach of any term or condition of this agreement by Customer;
Sedat.Net Hosting will not be responsible for any damages your business may
suffer. Sedat.Net Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or
implied for services we provide. Sedat.Net Hosting disclaims any warranty or
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of
data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all
service interruptions caused by Sedat.Net Hosting and its employees.
Sedat.Net Hosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Customer agrees not to attempt to undermine or cause harm to any server,
software, system or customer of Sedat.Net Hosting. Uploading a virus to a
Sedat.Net Hosting server will result in account termination, service charges
and/or prosecution.
